  1. Still going- great video. I took notes on this video as I have on every
video so far. Just a few weeks ago I instilled new habits.

First I told myself to eat better, and do more ab exercises and cardio. (I want abs like Bruce Lee).

Next, I instilled brushing 2-3 times a day, and treating my skin better.

And last, I instilled learning every day whether it's from books, or your
videos for at least 2 hours every week day, and 4 hours every weekend.

And I love it. As Tony Robbins says, Progress makes us happy. And I have become so much happier due to these new habits.

  2. Since I started watching valuetainment. I workout 5 times per week. As I have been for the past 3 weeks, and during those workouts I listen to valuetainment. I have also begun the PBD challenge. I watch all the videos from episode one and I make notes on every video. I have been doing this for one month non stop, no breaks.

  3. Great video Pat I absolutely love your content and have been following you for about 4 months now, and have aggressively went after watching and catching up on all of your material which I'm now finally up to date on from the very beginning to present time. I'm an up and coming business owner and entrepreneur jersey boy in the process of taking over A family business and really can't tell you how much motivation and quality information I get from your videos. Between studying Valuetainment, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone obsessively over the course of the last year, I feel like I have gotten minimally a bachelor degree in business and marketing. The lessons IV learned from you 3 I feel has trained me for the ACTUAL real world of business, and prepared me with much more valuable and realistic skills and strategy then any student who's graduated from a collegiate level business program without all the excess bullshit. Lastly, I love your READ, book design on your wall behind you, but please Jesus can you fill in the top of the A with like 6-8 more books, it's making my OCD absolutely tweek!! Lol, Love you Pat! Please continue to do what you do, I would absolutely love to meet you one day, you truly are an inspiration to so many!!

  4. Lesson: To create a new habit, use the following steps: Cue, Routine, and Reward. It's called the Neurolyzer! Generally, when a leader creates bad habits, others under him form them too. To create new habits in your buisness, make a list of good and bad habits. Try to find out where each of these come from. You need to then write down the new habits that you want your workers to follow. Then, follow this.. What habit can I instil that will give a small Victory to an individual. Then, stay on the message!!! These small victories will cause bigger victories in the long-term! The people who don't do it long term will see the ones who did, and want to catch up to them.
You need to encourage people to do it until it is a habit! Keep reinforcing Positive habits in your business, and encouraging the will power of others.

Don't use willpower on smaller, useless things. It's like a gas tank. If you use it on small things, it won't be there when you have to complete big tasks.
Finally, to build a big empire, we must become great at the fundimentals

Then re-wake the video and write down notes.
    Thanks Patrick! Great video!

  5. "The ONE Thing" is a great book that deals with `Multitasking` and the importance of Habits and Willpower in Success … and not only …..

    "Success is an habit"

  6. Aaaaahhhhh Pat, please dont snap your fingers so hard, my fingers hurt everytime you snap your fingers so brutally, time to change the habit 🙂

  7. Patrick…thank you very much….now I'm 20..& my ambition to be a businessman…& your videos keep me motivated…thank you once again.

  8. "…Your brain gets annoyed with you…"
That made me laugh. My brain certainly does get annoyed sometimes with me. I will have to look for a good reward system. Thanks Pat.

  9. I’m kind of addicted to your channel. Don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing as I find it difficult to do anything else, I get carried away.
Content is always informative and insightful.

  10. 1st I love you! 2nd I'll write down my bad habits, and every time I won't follow that road, I'll get a reward! I believe, that if I can get rid of my bad habits, I'll have more time, for the good actions!! Thank You Patrick!

  11. Bullshit. In the beginning they promise the sky yet the overall content is bullshit doesn’t worth the time spent. That’s one of the shit skills businesspeople use to dodge actual issues and talk shit but they do it so skillfully

  12. To build a new habit you need to force yourself in the beginning to do it. I cancelled my gym membership cause it takes up a lot of time and I found myself making excuses. When I did this I decided that I would do 2 sets of push ups 5 days a week. The first week I had to force myself. The second week it got easier. Now about a year or so later, I could be laying in bed about to get up and think to myself I'm not going to do my push ups today. I don't feel like it. Then I get out of bed and find myself doing push ups, even though a minute or two before I was thinking about not doing them. Now doing push ups when I get up is so in grained that I would have to force myself not to do them. For me it's like breathing I don't think I do.

  13. Cue, habit, reward. Be able to multitask during chaos, and think during calmness. To instill a habit in an organization do it from the top down. Utilize will power on the big important habits you need to use. Reward yourself. Improve your energy levels to have more willpower

  14. Hello, how are multitaskers made someone who isn't so much of a leader how did you make a decision to do this, and I get scared to talk to people. I really needed this for confidence. Thank you so much

  15. Stopt smoking for 9 Months, stopt drinking for 4 months, going to start with fitness next week. Only have one body and one mind I need to take care of it.
