  1. Good day mr david. Honestly been watching ur vids. From time to time. Tech stuff and investment get alot attention nowadays. But can you also give some advice to entrepreneur farmers? Would be great if u make it happen more power to you.

  2. As I grow more mature, I find that #1 is less and less of a problem. However, my downfalls are clearly #4 and 5. I almost never finish what I start, even when I really want to, so I usually do nothing because I think I won't finish this thing either. I'm working on shifting my mindset and finishing really small stuff to get momentum. I also started making lists and it helps sometimes. Otherwise, I ask somebody I trust to help me through the whole process, or I write everything down as if I'm brainstorming, then organize. Sometimes, #6 ans 7 kick in, #6, I do the smallest tasks then make sure to get enough rest or do activities that will give me that boost and I delegate for #7. I hate doing my taxes, but I've got plenty of accountants around me that just love to do that, so I ask one of them. The hardest part is when I can't delegate, but it solves most of my problems. The small victories/reward system really helps!

  3. We procrastinate because the brain wants to avoid stress. There's no distinction in the brain between good stress and bad stress. If the brain perceives something as requiring effort, is difficult or challenging, as something it would prefer to not have to do… it generates stress. Distractions provide an escape from stress because it's an activity we want to do. We actually have a positive attitude towards our distraction which is why there is less or no stress associated with it so the brain moves towards that activity.

  4. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I have always struggled due to procrastination. I read this book 'Procrastination Elimination Method' by John Isaac which was really life changing.
