  1. everytime i see any video on think and grow rich (WHICH IS A FANTASTIC BOOK THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE!) do people know that he originally wrote, law of success in 16 steps (ive also seen 17 steps, but I have listened to the audio of 16 steps) i have listened to it many times, but its EXTREMELY LONG, anyway, that was his original book and "they" took it off the shelf and re-edited it DOWN, they took the best parts out of the book, they took the best "secrets" out and then re published it, put it back on shelves as think and grow rich. Napoleon Hill wrote the law of success in 16 steps…. "they….. editors. publishers, government or the sytem?" edited this think and grow rich, its great its absolutely wonderful im not saying its not, I just want to know why no one has ever mentioned it when they introduce think and grow rich.

  2. In chapter II of Think and Grow Rich, the author reveals a principle that has been absent from Western philosophy for more than 2,500 years, if it was ever present at all. It is known in the Orient but there, it is veiled by the different practices of Yoga. If you don't know it yet, you might get a glimpse of it by reading The Spirit of St. Louis or seeing the movie.

  3. Hey Mr. Rodrigues,
I think this video is excellent, and if you don't already know, you are a SUPERB speaker! Really – your speaking tone and ability to convey your thoughts so clearly and concisely is a real talent. The only thing! You really should have full-screened yourself through half of this so we could actually see you, instead of living in that tiny video conference portal on 1/8th of the screen.
Thanks very much – your new subscriber.

  4. Joseph I really appreciate the work you do, though I think we should question the writings of a man who apparently made up most of the stories he talks about and hides behind false humility. I'm sure that many people have gotten rich following this, though a lot of the money was made by the people preaching it. It is seductive because of the charitable and compassionate comments sprinkled through it but has a dark shadow of avarice and at that level runs counter to good psychological and spiritual teachings (in my view). It is a very short step from this book to delusion, narcissism, bigotry, and environmental destruction. In fact, he teases all of these throughout the book. He was a great storyteller and synthesizer of information (much of which is really useful), but swallowing this book whole could be dangerous to the soul.

  5. Oh wow I absolutely love this book review.Great job explaining as usual! I would love to have coffee with you one day because I love the way you think.????

  6. Hey Joseph, just a thought, have you ever considered reviewing The Art of Learning by Josh Waitzkin? I've only listened to bits and pieces of the audiobook, but the content seems up your alley. He digs into creative flow and the learning process he uncovered over the course of
becoming a world champion chess player then tai chi master. Your perspective on the book would be great to hear!

  7. Thank you so much. What you are doing is really valuable to people, me included.
However, am I the only one who cannot find the mind map in the google drive mind map folder?
    Best regards, Jacob

  8. Hey Joseph!
I've always wondered what is the difference between visualising a positive outcome you want to achieve vs negative visualisation aka the stoic way? Can anybody shed some light on this?
    Thanks

  9. Joseph, I discovered your podcast yesterday and WOW – you are incredible my friend. Thank you and please keep gifting us.

  10. Excellent video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about – Riddleagan Best Choice Remedy (do a google search)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to use your mind to manifest amazing success in life minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate finally got excellent success with it.

  11. How do you find the burning desire, wanting, passion? I live comfortably, have few wants. I know I want something more, but don't know what and have no drive….

  12. Thank you so much for doing these book reviews, with study notes! As a new entrepreneur of a small business (and self-improvement junkie), there is so much developmental literature out there being recommended–& soooo little time!
I especially love this series, because I can listen to it while I exercise or commute, and it helps me save time researching whether or not a particular work will benefit me, at the stage I am in.
So, thank you for giving all of your viewers the most precious resource of all: time. ❤️

  13. You block your audience with your limitations. Nothing is impossible. You think it, you believe it and you achieve it. The plan, the talent is inspired by your thoughts and faith. Stop infecting people with your Insecurities and current limitation. What makes you different from those religious cons that add burdens on believers. Reread Think and grow rich and stop contradicting yourself.
