This book description from Amazon is a good precursor to this video:
Napoleon Hill's Golden Rules: The Lost Writings consists of a series of magazine articles Napoleon Hill wrote between 1919 and1923 for Success Magazine, of which he eventually become an editor. Hill's obsession with achieving material success had led him from poverty stricken Appalachian Mountains with the desire to study successful people. These articles focus on Hill's philosophy of success, drawing on the thoughts and experience of a multitude of rags-to-riches tycoons, showing readers how these successful people achieved such status. Many of his writings such as the chapter on Law of Attraction, written in the March 1919 issue, have recently basis of several bestselling books. Readers will discover principles that will assure their success if studied and put into action. Chapters include:
Lesson #1: Your Social and Physical Heredity–Hills Golden Rule (May 1920)
Lesson #2: Auto Suggestion–Napoleon Hill's Magazine (July 1921)
Lesson #3: Suggestion (Applied Salesmanship)–Napoleon Hill's Magazine (August 1921)

Hey Joe,
I'm having a hard time deciphering what you're reading from the book and your own personal commentary….Is this all straight out of this book?
(Napoleon Hill's Golden Rules: The Lost Writings)……..
I had this same question for you about some of your other videos as well….
I see.. I click… i learn… that simple
Thanks Joseph, you always deliver!
Thank you for making these book summary videos – these are great.
Have you thought of turning the audio into a podcast?
Would love to listen to these on the road or on the plane.
Thanks.

Thank you very much for your videos. I love to listen to them. As you say "80% practical work and 20% theory, could you do more practical books on marketing, sells… Pls ?
You should combine all of your study notes into a book. I would buy it if you did. To his followers, like this comment if you'd like to see him do this.
Thanks Joseph. Your voice is so eloquent.
I don't like to read book summary from someone as I noticed that they miss out a lot of important detail. Some information that some people do not care about, but to someone may important. That's why I don't like to read the summary from someone else. However, I like yours… it's informative and storyline to express with caring, rather to a point. I'm happy if you can read "Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It."
Joseph, I absolutely love your videos. I thought I would bring this to your attention as I just found this out. Napoleon Hill was a conman. It is a little disturbing but I think it's important to know. This tells his story: https://paleofuture.gizmodo.com/the-untold-story-of-napoleon-hill-the-greatest-self-he-1789385645
