Some say Project can’t be used outside of a waterfall schedule approach, but it’s not true. In fact, most of the best methods use iterative activities, such as Scrum or agile planning. In this seminar, we’ll show you key steps for building an agile schedule, as well as pros and cons of Scrum features and approaches. You’ll also see how to blend a schedule to address tactical agile needs, while still providing rollup and time-boxed reporting to stakeholders. This lively, example-driven webinar will reveal how you too can build agile, iterative schedules and address the need for a good time table that also helps map, track and report activities, features, story points and backlogs–all within Microsoft Project.
This session was presented by Tim Runcie, a Project MVP with over 20 years of experience as a PMO expert and Portfolio consultant and trainer. Tim has been teaching Microsoft Project and helping customers leverage it for a wide range of solution approaches since 1990.
Audio and video is out of sync for me. It makes it hard to follow.
Will this training deck be made available?
Can you provide a copy of created file?
Hello. This was a great video. Is there any chance of obtaining the file template?
Very helpful
Good start but the recording gets out of sync so don't waste the first half an hour
Is it possible to get a copy of your file?
Liked the video, but it got desync'd at about 29 minutes and somewhat impossible to follow after that.
Interesting approach, may be one point that is usefull to agile team is the 3 boards with tasks to do, the one in work, the achived ones. What is the way to present this with MS Project?
