  1. I truly Love how this Brilliant man, allows the Amazing Speaker to tell the whole super interesting story wth out interruptions!!???, THIS WOMAN, WOW!!!!! A true MASTERMIND!!!!! All m Love and Respect ✊ and Gratitude for creating this video, and sharing this superb knowledge!!! ?????????

  2. It worked only bcs you hit the bottom and your brain saved you, I don't think that this simple technique works with everyone in any time.

  3. My mantra during my lowest time in my life, was simply this word: FUNCTION. It was my kick start to keep moving, and just do the minimum needed for that moment i.e. getting up and going to work

  4. Please give my Chanel a look. I am an aspiring motivational speaker and this is my attempt at developing the skills i need to pursue my dream. I know i am not at the level i intend to be but progress is progress. All the support and criticism will be greatly appreciated. I mean it even if its bad criticism let me have it. I want to improve. I want to be better. I want to be great.

  5. This is exactly what I go through every single day. I have been struggling with tiny little decisions. I know what to do but I could not bring myself to close the gap and take action. The 5 second rule makes sense. It feels like this is what I have been looking for for the longest time.

  6. In my daily life struggle, I made some decisions.
    1. Get up early in the morning
    2.don't watch TV every day
    3. Stop your social networks for a while
    4. Afford yourself to get bored, your brain will initiate new ideas
    5. Decide to be satisfied with your life
    6. Develop your knowledge, philosophy, knitting, strange language, whatever
Don't expect life will be easier that way, but it will be less complicated

  7. Background music for this, like many similar recordings, is really annoying! It interferes with being able to concentrate on what is actually being said! ?

  8. Wow this is Amazing Stuff! Especially the last few minutes of this video. Great tips and mental nuggets that I will begin to enforce in my life and practice!
