  1. Good point!Like you said, It is the people who gives power to the two groups you mention but most of us don't realize that the results (whether positive or negative) is contributed by us (voters and investors).Great video!

  2. I know what the problem is. Video and sound quality. You need to find a better backdrop and buy better audio recording equipment. Good video btw

  3. A blend of the two Jason 😉

    Key Takeaways:
    1. Politicians
    2.CEOs
We can influence them by using our Vote power and our Purchasing power.

  4. Got it right haha!!! Politicians and Buisness Owners! Lesson: How can we expect positive long-term changes if we judge buisness leaders and politicians in the the short term. This causes them to make short term decisions. If we gave them more time, they could focus on long term plans.
Honestly I had never considered this before this video. It really does make sense though. If I were a politician, I'd want to make the largest short term impacts, so that the people recognize my achievements and re-elect me. This lends less time to long-term impacts that could be for the better.

Great video, and Thank You for the content!

  5. That's a very interesting point you bring up, and valuable. I guess the question would be, but then if they know that they'll be in office for a long time before they are relected or kicked out of office, would they become complacent and not institute the needed change? I guess that could be a potential counter example. Maybe for politicians a long term but no re election. But then a counter example for that thought is what I've said before, but then what if they become complacent because they know once they're in power this is it I'm going out either way so why work? I guess we could look at other countries or companies that have endure in the long term and see what made them endure and emulate that.
