  1. The freemium model is key to most new startups. I really can’t imagine
    launching a webservice today that doesn’t have some free features for users
    to try out.

  2. Freemium is an essential model for nearly all start ups. Really effective
    too.

  3. Good talk. Starts a little slows but get a lot better when the participants
    get warmed up.
