  1. All good ppl to have for short term SHTF, but what about long term or forever SHTF? I agree with the premise of not less than 10 people and not more than 20 ppl to start, but every single one of them must be of age to reproduce. I personally see no point is surviving 40 years and not carrying on the human species.

  2. The ten people that I know are all cross trained. We would have at least 40 skills covered with all of them being essential to starting over again.

  3. Chaplin, Veterinarian, Dental Hygienist, Nutritionist, Law enforcement, Blacksmith, Metallurgist, Botanist, Farmers, Livestock Controllers, Pharmacist, Communications Operator, Trapper, iTech, Network Op/Tech, just to name a few that aren't listed. And, I'm sure there are many more.

  4. A good addition is a seamstress who can make or repair clothes or repair tents and things of this nature.

  5. physiologist. ppl gonna be crazy. calm them fuckers down. lol.
pawn shops owners or someone like them. they know the worth of things, and good at bartering.

    list goes on.

  6. farming, canning, sewing, knitting. All the old time skills. An armorer is a good idea, but everyone needs to know how to be accurate with a rifle. also in this GPS dependent age, line in some paper maps and know how to read them.

  7. Gardener, person with skills for food preservation, sewing, crocheting, organizational skills.

  8. im in minnesota. have 4 military personnel , 3 fire rescue medics. one mechanic. 2 women who know how to clean animals and cook. three construction contractors. and my jackass non prepper brother (still have to include him though because hes a licensed electrician) a full vehicle garage. a full wood shop. hunting supplies. a garden ect. so.. never hurts to have diversity. lol

  9. I liked the video. I will have videos up soon. The moral of the story is that you can never be overly prepared. If I had to remember one simple thing from the Marine Corps it is: (Improvise, adapt and overcome) as long as you remember these three things there is nothing that can stand in your way.

  10. Well Mike sorry to leave 2 comments bet i think in a group a tracker you know a foot print tracker because anyone can see a footprint but dont know is it bear racoon a chance of food or a human to help the team who knows they might be very usefull

  11. Hi Mike well i think you should have a navigater somone who was in lots of places before the disaster so if your traveling you have somone who knows the area and what there doing love your videos

  12. Hey Mike. What about teachers? Someone needs to keep the kiddies occupied, not just as sitters, but to challenge their minds and keep them grounded during an emergency. This way parents can do their duties for the group. Also, some may argue against a Chaplin, but they could be invaluable to morale.

  13. Hi Mike, Enjoyed your video but would like to suggest an addition to your team building. I think its very important to have someone who can grow crops and herbs. I also think that you should have someone who knows herbs specifically for medicinal purposes.
