  1. Why is this happening now… If there were programs to teach young men before, why werent any programs for young women.. They could also make a program for both, since thayre technically saying that women and men learn in diferent pases..

  2. Theres literally nothing holding women back from doing this if they wanted to. The thing is do a lot of them dont really seem to want to. I know that a lot would, but even among my friends the girls have aspirations to be singers and shit while the others would want to be engineers (except my sisters, who are actually pretty smart). So dont keep forcing this down every ones throat, the industry should be based on skill and willingness to succeed, and it shouldnt matter if there are less of one group doing it, because unless they are unable to do it, which women arent, they probably just dont want to.

  3. If women want to start a tech company they can. They've always had the opportunity. They can go to the same classes as men. We don't need to force them to go into a field.

  4. Great, why don't we also try to ensure gender parity in other currently male orientated jobs and industries such asbestos removal , sewage work, oil rig work, deep sea fishing , line and power workers, roofers, welders, miners, rubbish collecting, plumbing, firefighters and mechanics.

  5. We already know that women's lack interest in STEM careers, passion can't be forced, most successful tech startup begin with uncertainty future (google, apple, microsoft, all of them had a garage as main office in their beginning), a lot bankrupt.

Women lack what men have plenty: success eager no matter the cost…that's why not a single woman stepped in the winner's podium in F1 and MAN ISLE TT.

Women and men are complementary, not opposite, no need to compete each other.

Stop playing the victim role, is so boring…

  6. Yeah they realized they could make Facebook games after they got bored of posting selfie and fishing for compliments.

I've bee hearing this for decade now in the IT industry. We don't need to force gender parity. I don't see rights groups going out of their way to hire male nurses.

  7. But Cyndi Lauper says that "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun"

So obviously pay them less and put them in the front to make sure they wear something revealing! Or else they will never make it in society!

This look at women makes me look like I'm watching a modern version of a 20's feminism movement made by a man. And I am a
    Man! Lol

  8. This feminist agenda BULLSHIT … Like the commenter's below said.. Programmers will change the world NOT send the women in to change the world..
