9. My one blog has really been picking up traffic over the last couple of months, but I don't have a subscribe box because I don't know what to give away as an incentive. I've only monetized it with AdSense, eBay and Amazon affiliate links.

   I also only have a handful of videos on that particular channel too. I don't do product reviews because I like the vape system I'm using and have no desire to switch. I did a couple of "how to" vids for the previous two systems I used before switching, and did a how-to vid for the current system I use.

   Also, I don't "experiment" with different ejuice flavors either, because I don't want to. And my favorite ejuice brand doesn't have an affiliate program. So, no videos on that either.

   But what do you offer for an e-cig/personal vaporizer information-only blog when you don't sell anything?

   And what types of videos would I do besides the few I've already done?

10. I think a lot of people try to sell before their product is ready. They want to set up shopify, but they don't even have a brand or logo, or focused niche. They're trying to build houses without first setting a solid foundation. You house can only ever be as big and solid as your foundation
