HTML 5 Explained – Web Developer vs. Manager (html5 xhtml dhtml software development office)

Transcript of conversation:
Hello.
Hi, what’s up?
Do we have HTML 5?
hmm, nobody has HTML 5.
Then we need to buy HTML 5, before our competitors do.
HTML 5 is a non-finalised recommendation by the w3 consortium, not a software application.
I just red an article on BBC. It says, all, big companies are using HTML 5, even though it’s still in Beta.
HTML 5 is not in Beta, because it’s not a software application. HTML 5 recommendation status is targeted for 2014.
Apparently it’s really good. Currently my iPhone doesn’t show flash. So I keep seeing a black box when I visit our website. So we must get HTML 5!
We can recode our website using HTML 5. But then users with older browsers will not be able to benefit from these changes.
How can we make this work? Apparently it’s really good.
It’s not currently feasible for us to implement these changes. We must wait a bit longer.
I will make sure we get HTML 5 by the? end of this week.
