Hey guys Im a 16 years old & Currently a Junior in highschool. im working 60 hours On the Weekdays at a warehouse for a moving company . I want to Start up my own Business In the winter ( Guerrero's Snow Removal services. Also as a side note i have 2 years experience) im already Spending money now on equipment bc the Price goes up During the winter in my area. I charge 50 for a driveway & 12the hour plus side walks 20$ & Salt 10$ & Im Soon going to advertise flyers to the houses Around my neighborhood essential sucking up all the business for the other guys my agr That go from door to door. But i was Just asking if any of you guys Had any tips on how much i Should Pay my employees( Yes im a little bit unclear on how much i should pay them.) or other tips From you guys im Open to ideas!
Guys he is scamming you. He said he is offering $1,000 for 100 days work. That's about $333 per month. And he wants daily contact / emails / phone calls. So let's assume it's 1 hour a day for 100 days. That's $10 an hour, not even including any expenses you may incur. You may as well get a job in McDonalds!

Good stuff! I have a youtube channel I started 4 months ago and it's growing. In the beginning it took me prob a whole day to do one video, ya kno to actually vid the content, edit, upload, tag and title. But i have been finding ways to cut this time. I have got a new editing software that has literally cut this time in half definately worth the money. Right now I am prob putting 15 hours a week in this, I just hope it pays off! People don't realize how much time goes into making videos and the amount of time spent networking on youtube alone. I have mad respect for anyone with a succesful channel, N I hope to be there one day

Its never that easy to look for money now adays, i believe business on line really earn alot of money.
I make 20$ an hour in a factory. I hate my job. Feel like I have no way out. I wanna be an entrepreneur but have no college degree and I live in a tiny town with very little opportunities. Also I have a family to raise and I can't just up and quit and start over…. Great advice video though…

A little advice that can prevent you a big trouble when you pass by morocco, take note that the state is blocking people from using the VOIP, which means that you wouldn't be able to use video/sound call using internet. except some rare applications like (IMO) etc…
Very inspirational stuff man, really. I've been bleeding out my savings from my previous Army deployment for the last month just waiting for that phone call that never comes about a new job. Well i guess today's the day, I'm gonna start doing my homework all day trying to be a SAT tutor. Gotta start somewhere huh? Would you have any advice for a 94F (google it, electronics repairer) fresh out of training? they didn't really give us a brief on getting a job when we came back (they sure gave us one on how to KEEP a job, Hah!) I'm a student and nowadays, employers expect one to have experience for one to gain experience. How does an inexperienced student find employers willing to give them a co-op position?
