7. This video or at least the original of it literally saved my life. I know no one here has any reason to believe but about 6 years ago I found this or well the original of it. I think this is just a re upload of the same one. Regardless, I am a disabled veteran and couldn't walk. Because of this I gained a lot of weight and ended up being around 650 lbs. I was unemployed, near death because of my health, and literally hated myself.

   From this video I went on to yoga, then martial arts, then college, and now a successful Mechanical Engineer. I completed a tough mudder last year and have run bloomsday the past 4 years in a row now. I  now weigh 225 lbs at 6'1 and love my life and myself. The trick is finding that self worth the world beat out of you.
