  2. How can a mother of one child who took a break from career for 5 to 6 years for family responsibilities, get back to work? All this lectures are good for summits only. Corporates only come up with so called "back to work" initiative but the ground reality is that the conversion is minimal.

The all dignitaries who r there on GES platform are having conceptual Knowledge, specially they r so transparent and the Man who conducted a Healthy and Friendly ambiance with his(Mr. KTR) hosting, thnq so much for helping in exploring ourselves in different way and for letting us(Women) to know it in depth… ??? I wish more and more could happen in India dynamically like this… so, plz people don't quarrel/fight unnecessarily on unnecessary issues(Caste, Politicians, Movie stars etc..) 'Just Trust and Eduacte YOURSELF'..☺. Mrs. Chanda Kocchar we r really looking forward to have that experience as u said ??

    And if anybody really watched this episode that discussed merely Soft skills that one should acquire to get effective, but here I'm seeing poking everyone and abusing them with utter words(which is quite irrelevant to the Topic(acquiring Soft skills ))
