I need a team
Lesson: When you're setting a bad example, you're going to irritate your teammates. The second thing hat irritates them is when you set a good example. This is normal. Make sure you always choose to be the leader who sets the good example. it might annoy them, but it will help them as well. I'm sure all of us as kids got annoyed with our parents from time to time for setting a good example. Now we look back and thank them. It is no different in the rest of life.

studylog: 1/2/18 1432 Elon Musk expects his employees to work very very hard. But he sets the standard working harder then them. He has high standards for the employees, but he holds himself to an even higher standard.
Set a good example no matter what cause in the long run your team will appreciate you even if right now it may seem like they dont.
