  1. Thank you so much. Whatever you've just said is what I feel right now and I never felt such alive for a long time until I've seen this video.

  2. after watching couple of your tubes, its really amazing and simple advices

  3. Note Sharing :: DwsGcrEykJE :: Brendon Burchard
    ■ Lack Of Direction – lack of proactive intention as to what I want to feel, achieve or be today. What am I excited about today? What does my current-moment experience mean to me?
    ■ Mindfulness is attending (being present) to the moment of my experience (you can't be present if your mind is living in the past or living in the future) and by not being present, you miss the value of this moment. Today / Now, I will experience 'x'.
    ■ Detachment – All experiences have polarity (positive and negative) . I permit myself to feel any emotion and shall remain conscious of those feelings. I will adopt feelings that are good for me and learn, then let-go of, the negative emotion. I am stronger than my fears. Thoughts and emotions will pass unless I give them meaning and adopt them.
    ■ Dis-association – I am responsible for my Aims, Attitude, Attention, Affections and Actions.
    ■ Distraction – I want to maintain my awareness and get results. I want quality experiences and end with quality days. How distracted am I? do I attach value to things that don't serve me? This is my life, not someone else's. I know what's important so I must take steps (without being rude or overly insular) to ensure my agenda is carried out.

  4. Brilliant. I was cynical about these motivational videos, but this one spoke to me loud and clear. Really summed up some of my delusions and excuses and points a way forward.

  5. Great video again I had to chuckle a little bit /I can so relate to what was said "thank you"   #braincheck  lol have a great sunday

  6. Explained very well Brendon! My definition of self-focus means, to me, how does what I do look to others. Looking for outer approval. This does not serve or benefit anyone. Self-awareness, to me, means I notice what is happening within me, how does what I do feel in my body. It is becoming aware of how I am feeling at every moment. Switching from self-focus to self-awareness has been extremely positive in my life! I'm thrilled you touched on this!

  7. I'm a big fan of you. Thanks for sharing wonderful videos.Your videos are helping me a lot.

  8. I have been listening to you motivation vedeos alot lately. Beginning to feel this higher sense is amazing. Thank you!!!

  9. Only losing oneself totally, Truth can be seen. Only after the complete annihilation of your self, Truth will reveal their image. Teach me how to extinguish myself the way the wind extinguishes the spirit of a candle, and I will reveal you the subtleties of the creation. Only the moth that has thrown himself in the flame of the candle, that has consumed to nothingness, knows the true essence of the candle.

  10. Feels like the practical implementation of the "Power of Now". Loving these … Awesome! Thank you. I'll listen to these everyday.

  11. I would offer a counter proposal to this theme: the better feeling of "flow," of being lost in an activity, absorbed and performing at peak level. Self-awareness is an impediment to that, I submit. Let's not be careless and embrace 'self-aware' as dogma and shut our brains off from questioning its pros/cons. There are cons, the loss of flow.
