  1. I would love to speak with you personally, but if your not available then a comment will suffice. I have a HUGE plan that will change my industry. Im almost ready to seek out a VC so if I have a solid plan with unbelievable growth potential that a VC will be LUCKY to have…whats the best way for me to find one for a large amount of $21 million?
Thanks so much, this video was extremly helpful! Tenn

  3. Hi evan…im nikhil and i would like to seek investments from a vc or an angel for my patented solution doorbox.co and i have an idea about the manufacturing cost of the product and i want to know whether an investor would see the product and get his idea of the cost and invest or whether he would demand something like a quote from a contract manufacturer before he invests.thanks in advance evan!!

  4. Evan, you are an amazing gift by god to this World. You enrich so many peoples lives with your wisdom and your ability and willingness to share that wisdom with others in a very effective way. May god bless you a long and happy life. Keep going. I am your follower.

  5. This is a really helpful video, will make it easier for those trying to get this form of investment

  6. SO HELPFUL. Evan, I have a question. The hardest thing in all of this for me is setting the valuation. How do you do that when you know your business has a lot of potential but you have such small growth at this stage? Right now, a couple people think my valuation is too high because of what my current sales are. How do I set a valuation that still gives me the most equity so I don't get edged out of my company entirely but that an investor won't balk at – especially when the value of the company will be higher after receiving abd deploying funds (like Apple, thinking of the Jobs movie and that Apple's 1st valuation was $300k)?

  7. awesome video! really helpful . i run a small construction real estate startup and we are on the verge of taking a certain market but vc dont seem interested in nigeria and also construction, am i getting something wrong???
