Most of these I agree with but 10 is just dead wrong. Successful people always (like it or not) take the credit for other people's work. Edison, in fact, said he was the greatest thief in history and it's just now really coming to light how little he invented and history is lettered with these examples. The rule in simple: give credit to your superiors and take it from your subordinates.

This video speaks a lot of truth. The issue with most people is that they try to find complex ideas to success. When you look at the simple concepts behind each things not to say, it's what a lot of people needs to work on.
Nah. Just be great at what you do and you basically get away with murder. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth and billionth thing necessary for success is skill. You need to master your craft. Read the books, do the workshops, get that PhD. If you get great at something you are passionate about, then you are already successful.
(Entrepreneurs are just professional bullshitter who aren't really good at anything. They might accumulate wealth, but they themselves can't create anything. Manager is the most useless job on the planet.)
