    I found out your videos cause about Practical Psychology (and was awesome video) and starting to check all your videos and subscribe it plus each time when you said "smash that button!" automaticly did it haha..
    Anyway im 29 yo guy and all i can say i got so much respect to you.Cause the videos you are doing and self-confidance you got really really powerfull thing that it can change your future.
    If i had a chance to know these things when i was 15-16 now i cant imagine how i ll become but never its too late.I started to change mylife when i was 25 and last year i starting to reaching to top of mountain..Still climing and never give up..PMO,Fitness,social life,self improvning etc..Most of my dreams starting to came true and there bunch of it never done!Mountain is high as fuck and it cant stop me 🙂

  4. Hey Kreative, I do something similar in my morning and evening routine. Basically I get up at 5:30 am, cold shower, meditate 5-10 min then read. And evenings usually consist of sitting or meditating in front of a white wall and simply "just be" sometimes I add in a journal write into the evening as well. And also liked the video and the progress.

  7. Face reveal. 🙂 I like the use of the rubic cube as motivation for you. I bought newton cradle yesterday to remind me that life goes on regardless if I stop and I just got to keep pushing everyday to be the best.
