  1. its like he's speaking to my soul…..prescription wealth guy…(on one knee) will you be my……manager?…..i know its sudden but….

  2. I found that a great way for me to keep me focused on what I need to do and to really push me to finish my daily tasks is to imagine that I am in the moment AFTER the week has finished, I imagine I am in the Sunday and I review the layout of my previous week — and then I feel great to see that I've accomplished almost all that I've planned to accomplish. That really makes me to act even better and even more effective.

  3. I do a combination of these approaches. I can't schedule time for each issue because, for example, I'm required to take calls when they come in. This can change my schedule in an instant. To combat this, I set an hour aside each morning for reading and sorting emails. Along with this, I use tasks extensively. I have a task for each open issue with all the emails as attachments. I use reminders so that when I finish a high priority/urgent issue, I know what still needs to be addressed.
