  1. Pat I want to become an enterpreneur, but i live in a poor country and nobody understands me + i ve got to finnish the university! I am starting to feel the university and a job afterwards isnt what i really want from life, and Enterpreneurship stirs my blood up! I would rather loose $100 000 dollars trying to start a business than live an easy and unfulfilling life! Please what should i do? I feel as if i am not living up to my potential!

  3. Just shared this video to my parents.
I'm 14 years old and I've always loved being an entrepreneur. I used to buy slime/putty (stretchy play doh) and sell it for a more expensive price at school when I was just 9 years old.
Thank you Mr Patrick for making those helpful videos that influence us a lot.

  5. wow I know many parents who need to watch this video.awhile ago I've seen my 13 years cousin getting whipped by his parents right in front of guests for using his lunch money to buy junk food so he could sell them in school, he got pretty profitable after he was doing for awhile, The school complained about him and that kid never looked back cuz he got a near death experience.

  9. Jesper Juul is one of my favourite author's on the topic of parenting and children. What you are describing basically boils down to the ability of respecting each child's unique individuality.

  10. Hi Pat. This is comment number two. I think there's always something to learn in you're videos so I checked this out.

I have a business partner who is "mentoring" me but we have very different views and it's frustrating.

  11. Great video! When I told my parents that I wanted to start my own business, they just laughed and said that I will fail. For them it is just becoming a doctor or nothing(Yes, not even law or engineering). They have never been able to accomplish their dreams and they want me to do better than them, but I really wish they would support me and what I am doing.

  12. This is really an excellent point you're making about education. I don't think it's right/fair for everybody having to have a very expensive college education in order to have a decent career (even tho that's not guaranteed) and then ending up spending the rest of his/her life paying that college tuition back. That's not the way we should be living and soon or later this BS has got to change!

  13. This is SPOT ON! I'm scared to show it to my parents because I don't know what their reaction will be, but I think I need to!

I'm 24, got a Bachelors and a Masters Degree, and have been looking for a graduate job for almost 3 years. I started my business whilst in university, but it was on and off because of school work. An opportunity has come up for me to go into business full-time and my parents are a little bit cynical and skeptical about it. I've been super encouraged by your videos, and I hope I'll be able to share my success story with you soon! Pray for me please! God bless!
