  1. thank you so much for all you do. I am a 18 year old high school dropout. I woke up just about 3 months ago. Then the universe brought me to your channel. What you are doing is monumental. My goal is to inspire the desire of true knowledge into the youth. I learned more with just one of your videos more then my entire life. I will be successful one day and my gratitude goes to you. reminding me of what we truly are.

  2. Good morning friends, how are you No truth ,no help ,what they are testing to me at least one time no truth how can believe them.are they do in truth when they are in reality then truth comes . Why they feel in trouble to face reality is my pillers it is one of my pillers truth is main piller .yshk viswanatham MscBed.

  3. It be a lot better if the man himself was reading the whole book to us, it would feel like if he was actually with us, giving us advice and what’s goes insides his mind.

  4. What I like about Goggins is that he’s a SEAL, he doesn’t like swimming or shooting guns, he’s open about that, and he doesn’t give a fuck what you think.

  5. Nice review! I need this type of change in my life also. Starting today! He published the book himself too! 84 people in line to get this book at my library.

  6. I study and implement your content a lot because it empowers me and brings me to a higher state of inner harmony which leads to taking action and results, the latter being very motivating. I am very thankful for your work and I see you as a mentor.

Honestly, after listening to this video for the second time this year yesterday, I was confused. However, today I found the answer to my confusion. In your work, you promote the state of flow and taking action from a place of alignment and subconscious mind programming to make the experience of work effortless and fulfilling while being very productive. I love this approach, its power vs force. After studying David Goggins and this work I was confused because it mentions that suffering and strong implementation of willpower are the path to achieve results. For example, "Don't stop when you are tired, but stop when you are done." These two approaches created conflicting thoughts in my mind leading to confusion and even overwhelm.

Afterward, I came across someone mentioning that we have to make a distinction between when our willpower can lead us in the right direction through taking action and fighting in the mind and when we have to surrender to our flow of consciousness instead of fighting it with will. I think making this distinction makes clear that there is a balance between power vs force and that sometimes force is helpful and even necessary, however, I feel that the goal is, like your work suggests, to be in a state of inner harmony.
